Policies
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival. Cancellations made within 72 hours, or no-shows, will be charged the full booking amount. Non-refundable rates are charged in full at the time of booking.
For group bookings of 5 or more rooms, free cancellation is available up to 14 days before arrival.
Smoking and Pets
Riverside Hotel is strictly non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Evidence of smoking or pets will result in a £300 cleaning surcharge. Quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 07:00.
Accessibility
Our hotel is located on upper floors with no lift, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Please contact us prior to booking so we can advise on accommodating your needs.
Parking
Free on-site parking is provided for all guests, including vans. We accept no liability for loss or damage to vehicles or belongings left in the car park.
